Burna Boy And Mr Eazi To Perform At World’s Biggest Music Festival
Burna Boy and Mr Eazi have been shortlisted to perform at the world’s biggest music festival, Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival.
The Nigerian duo will be representing Africa in the annual California festival.
This year’s festival will take place from April 12-14, then again a week later from April 19-21.
Mr Eazi will perform on the second week while Burna Boy is listed to perform the following weekend.
The 2019 lineup features headliners Childish Gambino, Tame Impala and Ariana Grande. Supporting artists include Khalid, Janelle Monae, The 1975, Dillon Francis, Diplo, Zedd and Wiz Khalifa.
In the 2018 edition, Wizkid was listed to perform at the festival, but he was unable to make it, citing ‘visa issues’.
Coachella last year drew a record audience of 750,000 over its two consecutive weekends and grossed nearly $115 million.
